Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling

    • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and green onions until well combined.
  • Assemble the Egg Rolls

    • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape.
    • Place 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center.
    • Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides.
    • Brush the top edge with beaten egg and roll tightly to seal.
  • Fry the Egg Rolls

    • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
