  • ¾ cup (75g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder

For the Peanut Butter Swirl:

  • ½ cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

 

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prepare

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  • Make the Brownie Batter

    • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
    • Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
    • Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Prepare the Peanut Butter Swirl

    • In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  • Assemble & Swirl

    • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
    • Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture on top.
    • Use a knife or toothpick to create swirls.
  • Bake
