  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (or strawberry syrup)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
  • 8 oz (225g) mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies (Savoiardi)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting, optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

 

Instructions

  • Prepare the Strawberry Mixture

    • In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with strawberry jam and orange juice. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to release juices.
  • Make the Cream Filling

    • In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
    • Add mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Layer the Tiramisu

    • Dip each ladyfinger lightly into the strawberry mixture (avoid soaking).
    • Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a dish.
    • Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
    • Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  • Repeat & Finish

    • Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
    • Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve & Garnish

    • Before serving, dust with cocoa powder (optional) and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

 

Notes

  • Use homemade strawberry syrup instead of orange juice for a stronger berry flavor.
